Interior Sidewall Panels
I installed the forward interior sidewall panels, since they are partially covered by the dashboard once it’s installed (as indicated by the green tape in the 2nd photo). The panels are attached with screws in a few spots to rivnuts that are attached to the interior fuselage skins. To attach the interior panel, I used black oxide-coated screws so that they would be invisible on the carpeted section. Other screws I hid behind the map pocket.

I also installed the mid-cabin interior panel. This panel is attached with screws along the window/door every 100mm and are a bit more difficult to hide, so I used gray button-style screw covers to provide a little bit of finish. I don’t love these covers, so I may look for something else to use. The mandrel on my rivnut install tool snapped while I was installing the rivnuts on the starboard side, so I didn’t get to complete the job today.
